Small Groups

This week we took a little trip to space in our rocket where we looked at space rocks using our eyes. We also did a shared writing activity talking about the different kinds of clothes we wear.

New Centers

The students had a great time exploring the new sensory table. They are also having fun playing with new games and puzzles. The dollhouse and dinosaurs are also a new favorite! 

NO School-Friday, September 22nd

There will be no school tomorrow, the 22nd as Preschool Teachers will be at a Professional Development 

Homecoming!

Next week is homecoming! I have listed the dress up days below:

Monday, September 25th- Silver/Metallic Day/Neon Day
Tuesday, September 26th- Parents Day (dress like your mom or dad)
Thursday, September 28th- Pajama Day (please bring $1.00 to donate to hurricane relief-the school is doing this on Friday September 22nd but we will not be here that day so we are going to do next week)
Friday, September 29th- Blue/Gold Day

Reminder

Small Groups

We started small groups with our 4 year old friends on Friday and our 3 year old friends on Tuesday. We are doing a great job listening and staying with our groups until it is time to switch. We also started our Jolly Phonics this week. In our small groups, we sang along with the song, read the story, and thought of some words that start with the 'sss' sound.

New Centers

We have been slowly introducing new centers to our friends and our last few centers have been games and puzzles along with iPads. We have been doing great with sharing and taking turns!
